Our Solution:
When Uncle 7 Fried Rice came to us, the restaurant had already been operating for a month — but business was slow. We identified that the lack of compelling visual presentation was making it difficult to attract and convert walk-by traffic.
Here’s what we did:
1. Re-captured the food presentation — Highlighting the signature “wok hei”, generous portions, and rich colors to make each dish irresistible.
2. Redesigned the menu — A clean, visual-forward layout made it easier for customers to choose their meals and even encouraged upselling.
3. Created a large storefront menu board — Placed right at the entrance, this instantly caught the attention of passersby and made them stop to look.
4. Launched social media content — We produced short, sizzling food clips and behind-the-scenes content that brought out the character of the brand.
The result? Once the new visuals and marketing materials went live, the restaurant began to fill up almost immediately. Stronger brand presence, better food presentation, and thoughtful positioning turned this once-quiet eatery into a neighbourhood favourite.
